ONBOARDING

Join Local Board of Realtors

You must be registered with a board within 30 days of activating your license.

​

As a member of the local board of your choice, you are also a member of the Oklahoma Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®.

  • Once the application is submitted, wait for approval.

  • Receive invoice & pay fees EBR will then send their Welcome Email with...

    • EBR Portal Access

    • Your Portal Username and Password

    • Your NAR ID Number

    • An invite to the required New Member Welcome and Orientation

  • Check emails frequently for MLS registration

OKCMAR: Email membership@okcmar.org with your full name and license number to begin application

  • OKCMAR will email the Pre-Registration Form

  • Once the pre-registration form is filled out, OKCMAR will email an invoice for the $150 application fee.

  • Once paid, OKCMAR will send email with access to the Member Portal and the main Registration Form.

  • Once the Registration Form is filled out, the remaining dues will be posted to the portal.

  • You will receive an email with Education Requirements and MLS Information

With any board membership, you will also start your SentriLock Membership, allowing you to show homes and hold open houses.

  • COST: $22 per month membership

    • $140 per lockbox (not needed until you have a listing)

MLS OK

  • After Board Registration, you’ll receive an email with a link to register for MLS and your MLS Portal.

    • You’ll sign in with your License Number or your NRDS ID Number

    • If you have not received an email from MLS within 72 hours of Board Registration, reach out to MLS services at 405-841-5353 (Option 6)

  • Sign the License Agreement, create security questions & set password.

  • Access Transaction Desk & ShowingTime by logging into MLS & accessing your Dashboard.

    • Note: Transaction Desk and Showing Time will take up to 24 hours after registration to be activated.

  • To learn how to navigate Matrix, attend “Beginner’s Guide to Matrix” either in-person or online via Webinar.

1. Technical Setup: 

Brantley Cunningham, our Market Center Tech Trainer, will be reaching out to you in setting up your KW email, gain access to Command, establish your personal KW Website, claim your Canva account, access our Social media platforms & office calendar, and set up the office printers.  Also, please provide Brantley with a headshot, that can be used on our website.  His contact information:

2. Office Setup: 

Sheryl Barrese-Sanders, our Director of First Impressions, will get you set up for access to the buildings, printer access codes, mailboxes, and provide you your new agent guide.  Sheryl is available at the Front Desk of the East building.   Her contact information:

3. On Boarding Actions:

Amanda Jeffries, our Director of Growth, will be your point of contact, for Day to Day issues or questions, during the onboarding process.  She will direct you in how to join the Edmond Board of Realtors, subscribe to Sentrilock at EBR, and how to join MLS.   Amanda’s contact information:
